Mosaic Systems BV is a dutch biotech-focussed company specializing in large scale biologics separation and purification for Agri, Food Ingredients, and (Bio)Pharmaceuticals.

Limiting factor currently is through-put resulting in limited productivity [kg/hr]. Mosaic Systems has solved the through-put limitations providing a 4 to more than 50 times higher productivity.

We develop Mosaic Systems Module™ concepts to perform under a wide variety of process conditions, based on your current chromatography medium, for
  • high productivity,
  • high resolution and
  • low buffer consumption
Through our patented mixed-matrix-membrane process we manufacture for a variety of process conditions: pre-filtered feeds, direct adsorption from fermentation broth, combining filtration and chromatography.

Proof-of-Technology has been shown with several (multinational) customers in Food Ingredients, (Bio)Pharma and Dairy.

For segments outside our core focus an active technology licensing program is in place (strategic alliances).
